This Privacy Policy describes how Richly (“Richly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website and landing pages (the “Site”).

This Policy applies only to our marketing Site and any waitlist / early access forms displayed on it. It does not describe data practices for any future Richly mobile or web app, which will have its own privacy policy.

By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1.1 Information you provide directly

When you interact with the Site, you may choose to provide us with:

    • join a waitlist

    • request early access

1.2 No budget or banking data on this Site

Through this landing page, we do not collect:

  • bank account or card numbers

  • full personal budgets, categories, or spending breakdowns

This Site is only for information, waitlists, and early access. Any future Richly product that connects to your bank or handles detailed budget data will be covered by a separate privacy policy.

If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may keep your email in a suppression list so we don’t email you again.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, such as:

  • working with reputable service providers

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Site at your own risk.

Importantly, this landing page does not process or store your banking credentials or detailed budget data.
